Early 2008 the Tavia BI Team successfully deployed the FCMB Business Dashboard to deliver standardized and strategic BI across various Strategic Business Units that constitute the FCMB group.

The dashboard built on the full MS BI Stack displays vital metrics, key performance indices and management reports within the identified business areas and allows provision of advanced consumer banking Analytics.

A lack of continuity in reporting systems often results in out of date business rules, data veracity is impacted and in turn low user confidence.
Not resting on our laurels, the Tavia BI team post-deployment has now implemented a user adoption process to ensure a widespread use of the dashboards and reports from the CEO to all departmental users.

The Tavia BI team success story continues to grow as our support and maintenance process within FCMB has seen increased sourcing from the Bank’s Oracle platforms into our deployed Data warehouse to accommodate individual departmental requests. This includes building additional data marts for FCMB’s HR department and FCMB’s Risk Departments reporting requirements to form part of their implementation framework to achieved BASEL II compliance.
