On accepting our proposal and costing, an invoice will be sent to you on the payment structure. Payment is typically due in two installments:

75% prior to commencement
25% upon completion and uploading to web hosting site
For larger projects or longer time frames, payment structure could vary

All of our web projects follow a clear & proven methodology, from conception to completion. Please click on Methodology to read further on this. Once the project has been awarded, a typical Website will take about four weeks. Larger sites may take longer, and smaller sites may take less time. If you need something in a hurry, there might be a rush fee.

We officially schedule projects upon receipt of the initial payment. Your content will also need to be ready to go by the dates agreed upon within our contract together. It's common to have initial discussions about the project and agree on the information architecture (i.e. Sitemap) before scheduling the deliverables and time frame. Perhaps you want to get started on gathering your content now, even though you may not be ready to start on the Website project for a few months.

Updating your Web site is easy. We employ a technology called Content Management System (CMS Tool) for easy editing and updating of the website. This is fast and easy to use. Keeping your content fresh and up-to-date is an important part of managing your website. As part of our longstanding service in this industry, we provide three months free website maintenance and support to all our new clients upon project completion and go live.

Yes, of course. On request, we can provide you with a technical resource that will resume at your office to work on your website.
