About a year ago Tavia took a strategic decision to leverage on our partnership with Microsoft to enhance the value we were delivering to our clients across our 3 main areas of operations; Web, Wireless & Applications, and Business Intelligence.

To this end we proceeded to build on the skills we already had around Microsoft Technologies by enrolling our staff in Microsoft's Partner University and other Microsoft centered training courses. We also built up our in-house Microsoft "knowledge Base" with a lot of self-help reference material for our staff to use for personal study.

Tavia also developed international alliances with organisations outside Nigeria who already had a long history of successfully deploying value-adding Microsoft Solutions.

Finally we tailored our Solution Implementation approach to best practice as contained in the Microsoft Solutions Framework. This has helped us to improve on the customer experience we provide during solution implementation.

We are proud to say that our decision has borne a lot of fruit and our clients can attest to this as they are currently enjoying the benefits of "World-Class" Solutions built by us using Microsoft Technology.
