Ayo Olashoju (Managing Director)Ayo Olashoju has 10 years experience in the ICT sector. He has handled projects ranging from web development, business and management projects.
Ayo started in 1996 at Ernst & Young UK on the Technical Lead Advisory team for Corporate Finance.
In 1998, when he moved to Nigeria, Ayo started web application projects which gave birth to Tavia Technologies Limited, a leading wireless, web and business intelligence firm in Nigeria.
He oversees over 50 full-time employees and 8 consultants. The company’s projects focus on web, wireless and business intelligence. He has B.Sc. in Business Economics and MBA both from Leicester University, UK.
Yeside Ajidagba (General Manager)Yeside Ajidagba is a graduate of Salford University, Manchester, UK. With a Bsc in Business Information Systems.
She has over 8 years working experience in Business Support Processes as well as Human Resource Administration.
Yeside started her career in ICL Manchester, UK working as a Business Support Co-ordinator. She also had a stint as a process Manager at the International Herald Tribune (IHT) in London.
She then moved on to William Mercer and worked as a Financial Analyst. The role took her to a number of European Cities carrying various assignments from training users to developing presentations.
Femi George (Chief Technical Officer)Femi George is a Graduate of the University of Lagos and has over 6 years experience in the ICT sector. He has handled projects from a wide range of industries and has vast experience in application development.
Femi’s skill set includes proficiency in .NET, Oracle 9i , Business Intelligence, C#, JSF, JDBC, SQL Server 2005, IIS, Visual Studio .NET 2005 Unix, .NET Web Services, UNIX Scripting , PLSQL, Business Objects, Data Modelling.
He oversees the day to day running of all technology related matters at Tavia Technologies as well as leading the Enterprise Data Warehouse development team.
Buki Oyekan (Senior Manager Tavia Wireless)Buki gained a Higher National diploma in Mass Communication from Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Ogun State, Nigeria. She is also a member of the Advertising Practitioner Council of Nigeria.
She started out as a manager for the Wireless Operations and now heads the Wireless and Applications Unit in Tavia Technologies.
She has over 7 years working experience in Project Management as well as Client Services.
Wale Nubi (Web Services Manager)Wale gained a Higher National Diploma from The Polytechnic Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. He proceeded to the United Kingdom where he became a member of The Chattered Institute of Marketers (CIM).
He has over 3 years working experience in Project Management and Business Development within the Nigerian I.T Industry and is a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and also a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).
He is a Project Manager with Prince 2 Certification.
Wale worked as a Marketing Adviser at American International Group, (AIG) U.K where he rose to the position of Team Leader, managing a team of 15 people.
Adebola Omoegun (Business Intelligence Manager)Adebola Omoegun is a graduate of Electrical/Electronics engineering from the University of Lagos and also holds an MSC. In Technology Management form the University of East London and is a published researcher in the field of E-commerce.
He has over 4 years working experience in Programme and Project Management and is a Prince 2 and Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) certified practitioner.
Adebola worked as a Programme Coordinator at the UK’s Pension Protection Fund and was instrumental in helping the organisation become the 1st to attain Level 3 accreditation for Projects and Level 2 accreditation for Programmes under the Portfolio, Programme & Project Management Maturity Model (P3M3).
