Role Objective:

Responsible for slicing PSD design for all Web sites and applications. Must have 2-3 years of experience in website designing/slicing, should be proficient in website designing using HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, JavaScript/JQuery. Ensures that all design elements, templates and finished solutions work within a variety of browser types and screen settings along with the constraints set by development and design. Provides design elements, templates, and finished solutions. Participates in efforts to improve quality of Web sites and other electronic publications as required.

• 3years' plus work experience in web and graphic design / slicing.
• Strong expertise in HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery and AJAX, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Flash, Dreamweaver, Fireworks.
• Web Development Skills (HTML, CSS, Java etc).
• Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and team focused.
• A solid understanding of SharePoint
• Good knowledge of .NET, PHP, SharePoint, and Kentico
• .NET experience as well as a solid understanding of Object Oriented Design and Programming.
• A solid understanding of web application development processes, from the layout/user interface to relational database structures.
• Ability to communicate directly with peers, managers, and clients while leading development to a completed and successful solution.
• Strong organization skills to manage multiple timelines and complete tasks quickly within the constraints of clients’ timelines and budgets.

• Elegantly implement page designs in standards-compliant dynamic XHTML, HTML5 and CSS, CSS3/SCSS.
