He is a co-founder at Clane, a financial technology company, and seats on several boards as an Independent Director or Advisor.
Ayo has a BSc Business Economics and MBA from the University of Leicester and has attended several executive management programs at Colombia Business School and other leading institutions.
Has well over 15 years’ experience working with employers and clients in a variety of projects, training and consulting services to sectors such as Financial Services Industry, Telecommunication, Oil and Gas, Construction and Media.
Mrs. Oyekan is an alumnus of The University of Liverpool, United Kingdom and Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Ogun State, Nigeria.
She passionately strives towards constant improvement in excellent leadership, organizational development and people management abilities. A member of the Women-In- Business (WIMBIZ).
Oladipupo Oluwaloni holds a BSc degree in Management Science, University of Ado Ekiti (UNAD) and MBA from Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOA), a Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN).
Ladi Oluwaloni attended various courses both in Nigeria and abroad in Banking, Finance, and General Management. He attended the Credit Risk Management II at the Citibank School of Banking, NY, USA, Leadership, Innovation & Entrepreneurial Skills at London Management Centre.
Has 17+ years working experience and 13+ years in Human Capital Management and Office Administration. She pioneered the establishment of the HR & Admin Department of Tavia. Her experiences span through Oil and Gas, Banking & IT. She has excellent people skills, financial acumen and provides strategic value to any organization.
She holds HND in Banking & Finance, B.Sc. & PGD in Management.
Has 20+ years working experience and 12+ years in projects, products life cycle implementation and management, having recorded successes in products development and management, business process models automation, portals, collaboration, web applications, e-commerce applications, migrations, systems integration, upgrade projects deployment and IT project management in general.
These experiences span through diverse economic sectors such as; Oil and Gas, Telecommunication, Hospitality, Banking, Insurance, Government agencies etc. His desire is to see projects delivered to time, cost and quality, while exceeding the customer’s expectations. He holds an B.Sc., MBA and MPhil in strategic management.
He is presently a PhD student in strategic management with specialisation in strategic project management.

His experience in turning ideas into a reality and results by applying his skill in developing high-quality software. Skills and experience enables me to contribute significantly to the value of any organization on a strategic level.
His possess excellent people skills which makes him an effective team player. He holds in Degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering in from Lagos State University.
